Day 104

Over the next few days I'll be putting my new tripod through its paces. I used it to take this shot at ISO 100, rather than 1600, which I would have had to use for a blur-free handheld shot. It's good to be able to take low-light shots without too much graininess. The colours in the original shot were all very close to each other, but didn't quite match. I think it looks 'cleaner' in monochrome.

  1. Excellent tones. I really need to use my tripod more. the problem is carrying it around with me.

  2. It looks great in monochrome. It's a lovely shot - I really must get my tripod out some time and play around with it.

  4. Don't know where to start-the Super moon shots are "super", the skies are glorious, the cabbage tree (whatever that is) is a lovely photo as are all your "greens". Wow, nice blog!!!!. Mickie
